You will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and three inviting living rooms – perfect for families and groups. A large terrace opens onto a spacious garden adorned with palm trees and lush Mediterranean flora. There is a playground area for children.
The houses are partially air-conditioned.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request.
Pets are welcome, but charges apply.
A mini market is located 50 meters from the houses.
Both houses have an Eco Domus and Local Host certifications.

Cleaning fee per stay is 250,00 €.
Pets are welcomed, the fee for one pet per night is 10,00 €
Damage deposit of 350,00 € is payed upon your arrival, and we return it at the day of your check-out.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 350,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
